AUTHORISATION TO USE MINORS' IMAGES – GYM Prova

1. Subject matter

During classes, recitals, competitions, events and moments of activity, photographs and video recordings may be made in which the registered minor appears.

2. Purposes

If the parent gives authorisation, the images may be used by GYM Prova to document its activities and for communication and promotion: website, social media pages, posters, information material and newsletters. The images will not be used in contexts that harm the minor's dignity and reputation and will not be transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Optional nature

The authorisation is entirely optional: refusal has no effect whatsoever on registration or participation in activities. If it is not given, the facility will avoid publishing recognisable images of the minor.

4. Duration and withdrawal

The authorisation is valid until withdrawn, which the parent may do at any time from the private area ('My children') or by writing to the controller's contact details. Withdrawal applies to future content; the facility will remove, as far as possible and without delay, images already published on request.

5. Rights

The parent may exercise the rights provided for by Arts. 15-22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection) by contacting the controller, and may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

6. Recording by third parties

Events open to the public (recitals, competitions) may be filmed by parents and spectators for strictly personal use: the dissemination of images of other minors on social media is the responsibility of the person who publishes them.
