Access to the premises is reserved for members with a valid annual registration, an active membership plan and a valid medical certificate of fitness for sport (non-competitive for ordinary activity, competitive for those taking part in competitions). Entry is by personal membership card (QR code), which may not be transferred to third parties. The gym may deny access to anyone who is not in good standing.
The registration fee and membership plans are personal and non-refundable, except in the cases provided for by law or established by management. Non-use does not entitle the member to extensions or refunds. Payments must be made by the due date indicated; in the event of delay, access may be suspended.
Where required, booking of courses and courts is mandatory. Cancellations must be notified by the deadline shown in the app (normally at least 2 hours in advance): bookings not cancelled in time may be charged or counted as attended. If places are sold out, you may join the waiting list.
Members must wear clean sports clothing and footwear and bring a towel. Equipment must be used according to the instructions and put back after use; leaving machines and weights in disorder is prohibited. Members are asked to follow the instructions of the instructors and to report any malfunction or injury immediately. Disruptive behaviour, the use of doping substances, filming and photography without consent, and any conduct that disturbs other members are prohibited.
The member declares that they are in good health and have submitted a valid medical certificate, and undertakes to promptly report any change in their state of health. Use of the equipment and participation in activities are at their own risk. The gym is not liable for theft or loss of personal belongings: members are advised to use the lockers and not to leave valuables unattended.
Minors may register with the consent of the person exercising parental responsibility, who is responsible for their behaviour. Pupils in courses for young people must be accompanied and collected at the times indicated.
For the modules activated (martial arts, dance, horse riding, team and combat sports, sports courts) the additional rules communicated by the instructors apply: mandatory clothing and protective gear, use of helmets and equipment, priorities and times for courts and rings, respect for animals and the stable.
Breach of the rules may result in warnings, suspension or exclusion from the centre, without entitlement to a refund.
